Job summary
A leading provider of training systems in Singapore is looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure the optimal performance of training simulator systems. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities, leading a team of technicians, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with strong technical knowledge in systems and excellent leadership skills.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in training simulator systems or similar technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, including hardware and software components with proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team and ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the training simulator systems we maintain.
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of training simulator systems. This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for training simulator systems’ maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with simulator systems, including hardware and software components.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair services.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in training simulator systems or similar technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of systems, including hardware and software components with proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Singapore Citizen (Mandatory Requirement).
