Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
• Location: Tuas (West); Company transport pick up at designated pick up point

Job Scope:

• Oversee smooth daily operations at the customer site, including tool crib and vending machine management, delivery tracking, return-to-vendor processes, and resolution of non-conformance issues
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, such as RFQs, backorders, and onsite issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions
• Anticipate and forecast customer demand for indirect materials, and communicate operational needs clearly to internal teams
• Identify and implement commercial programs focused on cost-saving opportunities by closely monitoring and analyzing the customer’s supply chain activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, arranging and attending regular meetings to maintain strong business relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the team consistently represents the company brand with excellence
• Adhere to and enforce compliance with the company's sales and operational policies and procedures
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders
• Support the development and growth of team members through ongoing training and mentorship

Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong expertise in supply chain operations and processes
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and client relationship skills
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Solid understanding of key financial metrics, including EBIT and working capital
