Job Scope
Welcome visitors and assist them with general inquiries
Handle any incoming telephone calls and provide information accurately
Perform registration processes
Manage office and meeting rooms’ bookings
Coordinate with vendors and services for facilities
Manage inquiries regarding lost and found items
Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O level with 1 year of relevant experience as corporate receptionist or customer service‑related experience
Well‑versed with Microsoft office tools
Possess good communication skills
Working Location
Island‑wide
Working Hours
Every Mondays to Fridays only
Any 8 working hours between 8am to 6:30pm
