Senior Associate Executive/ Associate Executive (Research Office)

You will provide personal assistant support to manage the calendars of the Research and Innovation Director and Directors of Research and Innovation Office (RIO). You will provide secretariat and general administrative support to the team to ensure effective and efficient operation of the RIO.

You will provide administrative and logistic support for workshops, engagement sessions and other events organized by the RIO. You will assist with database update, maintenance, and report generation. You will provide administrative support for the collation of research grants, CIRB applications, agreements, training, award nominations and other relevant research information.

You will need to work with various stakeholders for office maintenance, weekly team meetings and data compilation. In addition, you will assist in the planning, utilisation and management of resources, consumables and office equipment.

Job Requirements:
  • General Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative work and/or as personal assistant
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as a team
