Qualifications
- 2 years of similar work experience in hotel front office operations & IT system.
- Able to operate Wishnet IT system.
Responsibilities
- Plan rosters and provide room allotments to travel agencies/OTA.
- Check in guests and attend to their problems.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in and out efficiently.

- 3. 3 shifts from 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm & 11pm to 7am. (only perform once a week for night shift to relieve the colleague on his/her off day)
Guest Services
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in and out efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.
- Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Administrative Duties
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Keep the front desk area organized, tidy, and presentable.
