Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced digital marketer to manage subscription services. This role involves training customer service staff, reporting sales, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Ideal candidates should have a degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in eCommerce. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics is essential.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
- Skilled in customer acquisition, lead generation, and paid media campaigns.
- Good at analyzing data and optimizing campaign results.
Responsibilities
- Train customer service frontliners on subscription processes and promotions.
- Manage service maintenance and warranty terms.
- Design and implement subscription service experience.
- Collaborate with customer service and online teams on processes.
- Report daily subscription sales and status.

- Work with one of Singapore’s largest electronic manufacturing companies
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Working location: Pasir Panjang
- 2 years contract (can renew/convert)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce
- Skilled in customer acquisition, lead generation, and paid media campaigns
- Good at analyzing data and optimizing campaign results
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Tableau
- Train customer service frontliners on subscription processes and promotions
- Manage service maintenance and warranty terms
- Report daily subscription sales and status
- Follow up on pending subscriptions and documentation
- Design and implement subscription service experience
- Collaborate with customer service and online teams on processes
- Promote subscription service benefits
- Maintain service terms and conditions
- Source materials for subscription support
- Provide regular reports to management
- Weekly / Monthly report to management of activity relating to subscription service
