Job description
  • Ensure smooth and efficient general office administration and facilities coordination.

  • IT coordination and support liaison with Tianjin and Germany IT team.

  • HR Administrative support and documentation.

  • Maintain company ISO 45001 Health and Safety (OH & S) management system.

  • Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors.

  • Maintain Business Operation Compliance Certificates.

  • Maintain Sales Support documentation and filing such as distributor lists etc.

  • Support Regional Specification Manager on TUV certification master list update and maintenance.

  • Support sales and specification team on coordination for trade talks, trade show events marketing material preparation, and etc, within the region.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and events.

  • Other relevant and ad hoc tasks assigned.
