PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee roaster in Singapore. We serve a network of over 50 partners across the HORECA sector and corporate offices. In addition, the group owns and operates three F&B retail outlets, including our flagship store, Chye Seng Huat Hardware. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to lead the strategic growth of our B2B sales channels, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and corporate partnerships across Singapore and key regional markets.
The Head of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving and executing our B2B growth strategy. This includes leading a high-performing team, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint in both local and regional markets. The role is critical in shaping how PPP Coffee delivers value to partners and clients while strengthening our brand presence in the specialty coffee space.
Monthly Salary Range: S$5,000 - S$8,000 (including commissions)
