• Plan, create and execute high-impact innovation initiatives, events and workshops that spark creativity, experimentation and new ways of thinking leading to positive business outcomes
• Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
• Strong programmed management capabilities; able to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and manage timelines effectively
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to craft clear, engaging messages across digital and physical channels
• Familiarity with digital tools, content platforms, or innovation methodologies is advantageous
