A leading social service organization in Singapore is seeking a Programme Assistant to facilitate hands-on bakery training for adults with disabilities. THK MC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.
The Programme Assistant (Bakery) plays a vital role in the THK bloom Enabling Skills for Life Programme (ESLP) under the Work Therapy Model, supporting adults with disabilities in developing functional and vocational skills for greater independence and employability.
Working within a multidisciplinary team comprising Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Job Coaches, and Programme Executives, you will facilitate hands‑on training in the Knead with Love Bakery, a supported employment setup that provides meaningful work and structured learning for trainees.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about teaching, empowerment, and inclusion, who enjoy both hands‑on work and working closely with trainees in a training environment that mirrors real‑world employment.
