About Our Client

Our client is a leading global asset manager with a long-standing track record across multiple asset classes. The firm continues to invest heavily in digital capabilities, data, and research, reinforcing its commitment to delivering differentiated investment solutions and a high-quality client experience.

As part of its ongoing investment in the wealth management business, the firm is strengthening its distribution team and is appointing a Director, Head of Intermediary, Wealth Management (Singapore) to drive strategic growth across the intermediary segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategy to grow the intermediary wealth management segment in Singapore.
  • Lead business development across banks and wealth management channels.
  • Identify and develop new distribution opportunities, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with product, investment, digital, and marketing teams to align solutions with intermediary needs.
  • Leverage the firm’s research and digital platforms to deepen distributor engagement and enhance value delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting distribution strategy.
  • Drive AUM and revenue growth through disciplined execution and clear performance metrics.
  • Act as a senior representative of the firm with key intermediary partners and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management distribution, intermediary sales, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore intermediary landscape, including banks and IFAs.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling intermediary distribution businesses.
  • Strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused leadership style.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
