Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in top-tier law firms or in-house roles.
• Admitted to practice in a common-law jurisdiction such as Singapore, UK, US, or Hong Kong.
• Ability to establish processes independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate core business contracts.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts ensuring compliance.
• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters.
• Deliver legal support on IT, data protection, and privacy matters.
