Position title: Junior Conveyancing Lawyer

Working Days: 5 days
Working Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Working Location: Telok Ayer
Salary: From $5,500

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. These documents include sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements.
  • You will provide advice to clients on all aspects of buying or selling property. This includes legal issues, financial considerations, and contract matters.
  • Engage in negotiations with the other party’s lawyer for the Option to Purchase (OTP). Provide advice to clients on the conveyancing process and their rights and obligations.
  • Liaise with various parties involved in the transaction, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • 0-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in conveyancing or related legal work.
  • Familiarity with property laws and conveyancing procedures.
