Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Sales Professional with experience in selling complete project solutions. You will develop tailored offerings, conduct industry research, and exceed sales objectives. The ideal candidate holds an engineering-related qualification and has at least 3 years of relevant sales experience. Join a firm focused on innovation in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience in sales dealing with business clients.
- Experience in selling complete project solutions, especially in BMS and IoT.
- Familiarity with financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research to align services with market conditions.
- Develop personalized offerings based on client demands.
- Exceed designated sales objectives.
- Coordinate project bids and maintain engagement during execution.
- Support overall business activities as required.
Skills
Education
- Conduct research and assess industry trends to ensure alignment with current conditions in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and present tailored offerings, including products, services, and integrated solutions, based on the demands of business clients.
- Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding designated sales objectives.
- Coordinate the development of project bids and maintain engagement through each phase of execution.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support overall business activities.
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in an Engineering‑related discipline.
- Background in selling complete project solutions, particularly in areas such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT), smart living technologies, access control, or security solutions.
- Brings 3 years of hands‑on experience dealing with business clients in a sales capacity.
- Familiar with financial principles and comfortable interpreting business figures.
- Brings along commercial project sales experience.
