Job summary
A billiard club in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to enhance revenue, partnerships, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include implementing growth strategies, building partnerships, planning events, and optimizing marketing campaigns. Candidates should have a relevant degree, experience in business development specific to billiard clubs, and strong communication skills. Qualifications
- Relevant experience in business development for billiard or pool clubs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (may require occasional weekends/events).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across billiards, F&B, events, and memberships.
- Build partnerships with corporates, schools, event organizers, and communities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate tournaments, leagues, and club events.
- Analyze performance data and prepare business reports.
- Support operations in enhancing customer experience.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Relevant experience in business development for Billiard or Pool Clubs
- Strong communication, marketing, and partnership-building skills
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (may require occasional weekends/events)
