Finance Executive - AP & Close (6-Month Contract)
Descripción de la vacante
A public organization in Singapore seeks an Executive in Finance for a 6-month contract to support the Finance Manager. You will ensure timely finance operations with a focus on accounts payable, general ledger, and compliance. This role requires a diploma or degree in accounting/finance and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a plus. The ideal candidate will manage both month-end and year-end closing processes and assist with audits and statutory requirements.
Formación
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting principles and accounting entries.
- Familiarity with internal compliance processes and regulatory standards.
Responsabilidades
- Provide support for Finance and Accounting operations, focusing on AP, GL, and month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare detailed account schedules after each quarterly financial close.
- Assist in familiarizing internal departments with the new finance system.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
