We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Meraki SDWAN and AWS. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the company's technological advancements. The position does not require travel.

• Manage and maintain Cisco Meraki SDWAN infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of AWS services to support business operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable network solutions.
• Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
• Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline network management tasks.
• Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and migrations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on network and cloud technologies.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance network performance and security.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and optimize service delivery.

• Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki SDWAN and AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in network security best practices.
• Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
