- Lead and guide the team: Set priorities, define goals, provide direction, and drive team performance.
- Drive results: Develop and achieve team targets for CPD initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong connections with corporates (B2B), healthcare providers, and, when required, insurance providers and physician groups.
- Identify synergy opportunities: Leverage partnerships to enhance awareness and growth for PD initiatives.
- Optimize partnerships: Improve processes and policies to enhance value delivered to partners.
- Manage stakeholders effectively: Collaborate with internal teams to capitalize on growth opportunities, address challenges, and develop workflows to improve service levels and turnaround times.
- Stay informed on regulations and market landscape: Understand the healthcare ecosystem, including pricing and services, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Measure effectiveness: Establish metrics to track and evaluate the success of initiatives and projects.
- Data reporting: Collect and analyze data monthly for management reporting.
- Improve operational processes: Periodically review departmental procedures and work instructions, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Support meetings: Provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing minutes and following up on action items.
- Emergency support: Participate in hospital emergency planning exercises and assist during incidents as required.
- Additional duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; healthcare or business management-related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement, preferably within hospitals or healthcare-related industries.
