Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the Marine team.
  • Support secretarial and administrative work.
  • Process payment invoices and quotations.
  • Manage timesheets and HR records.
  • Calculate workers’ salaries monthly.

Overview

Working Hours: 9-6 pm / 9-1 pm. Marine Shipyard Operations Industry. Degree / Diploma / ITE / GCEs

Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with Mandarin Speaking Clients / Customers / Corporate Associates
  2. DAILY Coordinate Meeting, Appointments, Schedules for the Marine Team & Workers' Workpass and Other HR Documentations
  3. DAILY Support On Other Secretarial Admin Work
  4. DAILY Process Payment Invoices , Quotation to Customers, Materials Arrangement to Sites
  5. DAILY In-Charge of TIMESHEETS , WORKERS’ HR Records-Keeping Issues.
  6. MONTHLY Calculate Workers’ Salaries / Timesheet = 80 + Workers’ - MONTHLY **
