A healthcare recruitment agency seeks a Senior Staff Nurse in Singapore. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care coordination, and documentation. Candidates should possess a nursing diploma and relevant experience in geriatric or palliative care. The position offers a salary range of $4300 - $5000 and requires SNB registration.

- SNB registered nursing diploma holders only.
- Experience in nursing home or geriatric care is essential.

Location: Pasir Panjang
Working days: 5.5 days
Mon - Friday: 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm
Sat / Sunday: 9am-1pm
Salary: $4300 - $5000
- Perform patient assessment.
- Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
- Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Provide patient education for family members.
- Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient\'s progress.
- Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
- Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient\'s outcomes.
- Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
- Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures
- Participate in patients\' rehabilitation, involving the patients\' family.
- Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
- Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.
- Diploma in nursing , SNB registered
- With relevant years of experience in nursing home, Geriatric or Palliative Care Setting
- Senior Staff Nurse with experience in leading a team
