The Construction Site Manager shall be responsible for the planning and execution of construction works, managing construction supervisors and temporary works, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
Lead and manage a team of project engineers and supervisors for the construction scope of work.
Manage subcontractors involved in construction activities.
Ensure site safety and security by devising and implementing policies and procedures.
Set project goals, oversee project progress to completion, and track assignments.
Handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ensure compliance with company and government regulations, SLAs, and maintain necessary licensing.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding products and services.
