The Consultant will work on various digital advisory and technology consulting projects in the Built Environment for sectors including government, education institutions, data centers, aviation, and healthcare.
He/She will collaborate with engineering design teams and the wider project team to apply creative, structured approaches to develop digital solutions for smart building design and operational improvements. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital innovation and delivering smart technology to meet client expectations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver smart solutions to manage energy and resources, optimize energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions.
- Develop innovative sustainable solutions to address engineering challenges.
- Participate in engineering projects to build a solid understanding of engineering design fundamentals.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document user, business, and operational requirements.
- Interpret and analyze data to identify gaps, providing insights and recommendations.
- Research and identify workflow or technology issues and develop creative solutions.
- Understand system relationships, structures, and end-to-end flows.

Additional Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manipulate, visualize, and present data clearly.
