The Non-Accountancy Graduate (NAG) Programme is a 24-month curriculum for graduates with no accounting background. It provides foundational knowledge of accounting and auditing, paving the way for a career as an Auditor. The programme begins in July, including three months of fully sponsored foundation training with an allowance, after which you will join the Audit team as an Audit Associate. You will undergo tailored training to build your knowledge and gain practical experience.
The Audit function is organized into four key industry clusters, each with dedicated sectors to address specific market demands. You may indicate your preferred line of business or be allocated to one that aligns with your degree.
Industries Covered:
US Audit: Focused on US-based firms in technology, e-commerce, digital payments, electronics, and energy sectors.
As part of the programme, you will work in teams to understand clients’ businesses, conduct audits based on planning, prepare audit documentation, and present findings. You will learn how technology enhances auditing through data analytics, visualization, and advanced audit software. Throughout the 24 months, you will receive mentorship and participate in networking sessions.
