A recruitment agency located in Singapore is looking for a Contract HR Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will manage HR documentation, update HR data for existing staff, and support onboarding and offboarding processes. Meeting service level agreements and maintaining records accurately are key responsibilities. A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position.
Responsabilidades
Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.
Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving HR data for existing staff.
Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires.
Deliver HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA).
Ensure records in the system are maintained accurately based on procedures and standards.
Perform adhoc duties as assigned.
Educación
Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
