Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talents. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities and support employer branding initiatives. The TA Executive works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
