A leading consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for a part-time contract role to support a large-scale employee engagement initiative across APAC from February to July 2026. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, and local activation support. The ideal candidate should have strong project management and vendor management experience, excellent communication skills, and a history of engaging stakeholders across diverse teams. This role will be fast-paced and require adaptability to changing priorities.
We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support the planning and execution of a large-scale, enterprise-wide employee engagement initiative across APAC. This role will play a key part in delivering a multi‑day employee engagement program, working closely with regional strategy teams, local office representatives, cross‑functional partners, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is autonomous, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed ambiguous environment. You will be responsible for coordinating timelines, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery from pre‑production through post‑production.
This is a part‑time, contract role from February through July 2026, and is based in Singapore.
