A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager in Electrical Engineering to manage multifaceted M&E projects. Responsibilities include developing project plans, overseeing design and installation, and serving as the primary contact for clients and contractors. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of project management experience and a relevant degree. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $8,000.
Develop project plans, timelines & budgets, ensuring all are completed on time & within budget.
Oversee design/procurement/installation/T&C includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc
Lead teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Primary contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and concerns.
Ensure works complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions
Manage project budgets including labor, materials & equipment.
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years project management in M&E
Salary range: Basic up to $3,500; $10 per Shift / Company Transport: JB /& Various location
12hrs Shift (Work 4 day, Off 2 days, Rest 1 day); working hrs will be advice during interview.
Ensure sufficient manpower, verify receipt of quantities/materials, update inventory/work order details.
Ensuring production processes are executed under controlled and standardized conditions.
Set up machinery/equipment in accordance with specified parameters & guidelines.
Ensure operators are adhere to work instructions and provide technical support to resolve issues.
Issue DO for parts to subcontractors and reviewing & approving operators’ output records.
Make decisions for quality concerns to meet product standards, suspend production if issues arise.
Report quality/production issues to supervisor. Analyzing and investigating defective products.
Coordinating quality system audits and ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
Identify work risks, recommending risk mitigation measures and implementing practices.
Investigating accidents to determine root causes, promote EHS through training and initiatives.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical with 2 years in manufacturing operation.
