Job Descriptions
  • Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
  • Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and a team player.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.
