A dynamic business development company located in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager & Business Development professional to lead sales efforts and maintain strong client relationships. The role includes preparing seasonal offers, navigating customer feedback, and coordinating with the bakery team. - Navigate customer feedback to find necessary solutions.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts for high service levels.
- Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and samples.
- Coordinate with the bakery team on order requirements.
- Track sales activities and update on pipeline progress.
- Represent the company at networking and industry events.
We are looking for a Sales Manager & Business Development to join our team.
- Liaising with the team to prepare seasonal offers and promotions, along with ensuring the necessary material required is well prepared.
- Navigating customer feedback and fining a necessary solution.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients.
- Maintaining relationship with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfcation.
- Support with preparing proposals, quotations, and sample deliveries.
- Coordinate with the bakery team on order requirements, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Track sales activities and provide updates on pipeline progress.
- Be the representative at networking opportunities, tastings, or industry events (as required).
