Job summary
A reputable recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an HR position focusing on documentation management and data handling. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Office and relevant HR experience, capable of managing high volumes of activities while upholding data confidentiality. Working hours are from 8.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a contract duration of 1 year and a salary of up to $3,000.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR is necessary.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure documentation is properly filed.
- Maintain and approve HR data.
- Verify onboarding and offboarding data.
- Meet SLA and KPI goals in HR activities.

Working Hours : Mon - Fri
Working Hours : 8.30am - 6pm (8.5 Hours)

Job Scope (Sales)
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees
- Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI)
Requirement
