Meet Your Team

As our Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the global Demand Growth Team at adjoe, working closely with our Partnerships Team in Singapore (APAC focus) and collaborating with colleagues from EMEA and US offices.

This role focuses on growing advertiser revenue and developing relationships with mid-market advertising clients. You will analyze campaign data, develop creative strategies to expand partnerships, and leverage adjoe services and products. Regular communication with partners and internal teams via various channels will be key. You will work with the APAC Demand Lead, Global Demand Growth Lead, and others to share best practices and drive revenue growth.

What You Do?
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new and mid-market advertisers and ad agencies, serving as their primary contact.
  • Educate clients on how to succeed on adjoe: campaign best practices, platform dynamics, KPIs, bidding logic, and growth strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, diagnose issues, and provide actionable insights for effective scaling.
  • Identify quick wins and opportunities to improve ROAS, increase feature adoption, and expand advertiser spend.
  • Support partners in real-time via WeChat, email, Slack, and calls, building trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with Demand Sales and Demand Growth Managers to manage accounts and inform long-term growth strategies.
  • Translate partner feedback into ideas for product improvements, tooling, or process enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Growth, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth partner experiences.
  • Share insights and foster a culture of learning and experimentation within the team.
Who You Are
  • Have 3+ years of experience in account management and operations, preferably in adtech or mobile advertising, with a proven track record.
  • Based in Singapore with a strong understanding of the Chinese market and culture.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English, capable of navigating global and local conversations.
  • Familiar with adtech KPIs such as CPI, IPM, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS.
  • Experienced with CRM systems and proficient in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides).
  • Eager to make a significant impact by winning mid-market clients in GCR and APAC countries.
