An established aesthetic clinic is seeking a Sales Executive to lead sales performance and manage operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by promoting medical aesthetic treatments and ensuring exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates must have a proven sales record, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and relevant certifications. As the Aesthetics and Surgery Clinic Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales performance and daily operations of our outlet. You will be part of an integral team member to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote our brand.

KEY Responsibilities
Understand and promote medical aesthetic and wellness treatment to customers. Be able to effectively communicate treatment plans, product benefits, and procedures to support patient understanding, informed decision-making, and adherence.
Handle daily operations of outlet, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to company SOPs.
Handle high value sales. Develop sales strategies with medical doctors and therapist and achieve personal and company sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers, handle customer feedbacks and customer engagement.
Handle social media/phone enquiries from potential customers according to Company SOP.
Attend to front desk duties, namely process payments responsibly, maintain system records of patients financial transactions and treatments, and manage inventory, provide sales reports to management.
Provide assistance to medical doctors on aesthetic services and perform face and body treatments where required.
Motivate, train and develop therapists to ensure high standards of product knowledge and service delivery.
Work cohesively and closely with marketing team and other affiliate companies for cross-selling services.
Career progression to managerial role for suitable candidates
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Good written and spoken English, good spoken Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)
Demonstrates good personal sales track record preferably in medi-spa / aesthetics medical clinic
Experience in providing machine and manual facials/ skincare advice / fat freezing / machine slimming treatment advantageous.
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in sales management
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
Warm personality/ people person
Relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other wellness certifications
Results driven and service oriented
Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
Possess leadership skills
Confident and well-groomed
