What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, including cold calling based on targeted customer profiles.

  • Introduce and sell assigned Jungheinrich products and services, generate leads, and manage offers using our CRM system (C4C).

  • Meet sales targets while ensuring sustainable profitability and supporting account receivables.

  • Adhere to internal processes and keep business data up to date for accurate tracking and planning.

  • Contribute to team goals and assist with ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

What we look for:

  • A Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; prior experience in industrial or machinery sales is an added advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and influence customers

  • A knack for understanding and articulating technical product information

  • A passion for sales and building long-term customer relationships

  • Preferred: Experience in telemarketing or phone-based outreach

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
