About the role
As an Account and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships for Hubbagolf Pte Ltd, a leading provider of premium golf equipment and accessories. This full-time position is based in the Punggol North-East Region and will involve working closely with both existing and prospective clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers through regular communication and excellent service
Identifying new business opportunities and prospecting for potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales contracts with clients while ensuring profitable terms for the company
Providing feedback and input to the product development team to ensure the company's offerings meet customer needs
Reporting on customer activity, sales performance and market trends
Supporting marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
What we're looking for
Proven track record in account management and business development, preferably in the sporting goods or luxury retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
