HR and Admin Senior Executive (Japanese Speaking) – (F&B industry)

Responsibilities
  • Manage attendance data, payroll master data, staff inquiries, and overall document filing.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Coordinate with HR consultants and handle HR administrative tasks.
  • Manage Work Pass (WP/S Pass) applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota.
  • Prepare MOM reports, manuals, training arrangements, and compliance documentation.
  • Handle SAH/GoCorp registrations, petty cash verification, and monthly reports/invoices.
  • Support store operations including landlord communication, licenses, inspections, and certifications.
  • Manage contracts, cloud data, corporate documentation, and general administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and Japan HQ.
Requirements
  • Min 5 years’ Experience in back-office or administrative roles.
  • No prior HR experience required; willingness to learn HR operations.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle a wide range of tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with limited systems in place.
  • Able to manage operations primarily using Excel (data entry, tracking, simple analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams, store staff and external partners.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Japanese skill to communicate with external partners and Japan HQ.
