Asset Investment Manager
Job summary
A leading global logistics group, based in Raffles Place, Singapore, is seeking an experienced Asset Investment Manager. This role involves sourcing and executing investments in logistics real estate and infrastructure assets. Candidates should possess a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong financial modelling skills and knowledge of the European logistics market are essential. The position requires bilingual communication in English and Chinese.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment, M&A, infrastructure, or logistics real estate.
- Strong financial modelling capabilities including DCF analysis and IRR calculations.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese for business communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential logistics asset acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence.
- Monitor post-investment performance and prepare reviews.

We are looking for an experienced Asset Investment Manager to support the overseas investment and asset management portfolio of a leading global logistics group. The successful candidate will be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in logistics real estate and related infrastructure assets.
- Identify potential logistics asset acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, legal, and operational due diligence.
- Build and review financial models including DCF analysis, sensitivity analysis, and IRR calculations.
- Participate in transaction structuring, negotiation, and deal execution.
- Work with asset operations teams to monitor post-investment performance, including rental income and occupancy rates.
- Prepare asset performance reviews and propose improvement strategies.
- Conduct market and regulatory research, prepare analysis reports, and support investment strategy planning.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CPM will be beneficial.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment, M&A, infrastructure, or logistics real estate.
- Knowledge of the European logistics market is advantageous.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations, asset transactions, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, due to business communication and reporting requirements.
