Résumé du poste
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in project management with responsibilities including site supervision and document submission. The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be a team player eager to learn and advance within the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the construction field.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Good team player with a desire to learn and progress.
Responsabilités
- Assist project manager with technical issues in meetings.
- Submit architectural samples and drawings to authorities.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site.
- Supervise site operations and coordinate with contractors.
Formation
- Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
- Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
- Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
- Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
- Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field for this position
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
