  • Mentor new team members.

Join Our Dynamic Team as a Product Representative!

Are you passionate about the building construction and architectural industry? Do you have a keen eye for quality products and the drive to engage with contractors and dealers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

  • Up to $3500 basic + $800 transport allowance + quarterly commissions + AWS
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM. Weekends are yours to enjoy!

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales & Relationships: Promote our innovative products and services to building contractors, specialist contractors, and material dealers, hitting ambitious sales and profit targets.
  • Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with our managers to create tailored quotations and ensure our customers get the best deals and product options.
  • Organize Impactful Events: Assist in arranging impactful marketing activities and product demos for architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
  • Smooth Operations: Coordinate deliveries with principals and the Store Supervisor, ensuring our customers get the right products on time.
  • Tech-Savvy Sales: Use SAP to manage purchase requisitions and generate accurate sales orders, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure payments are collected on time and offer expert guidance, from handling customer complaints to delivering product literature and technical data.
  • Lead & Support: Take the lead in mentoring new team members and providing them with the support they need to excel.
  • Growth Opportunity: With strong technical knowledge, you may transition into a Product Engineer role, offering even deeper technical support and advice.
Who We're Looking For:
  • 1 year of experience in sales, especially within building construction, architectural, or technical products.
  • Solid understanding of building and construction materials to provide expert advice.
  • Willing to travel and possess your own transport (Motorbike or Car).
