Job Duties

  • Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
  • Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
  • Track and oversee assigned aspects of projects, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are met
  • Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required
  • Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and service delivery reports
  • Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects
  • Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least "N", "O" levels qualification (Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service/ Telecommunication will be an advantage)
  • OR at least 1-2 years of full-time working experience
  • Computer literate and tech-savvy
  • Good command of English in both spoken and written forms
