Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist in project management with responsibilities including site supervision and document submission. The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be a team player eager to learn and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the construction field.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with technical issues in meetings.
• Submit architectural samples and drawings to authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site.
• Supervise site operations and coordinate with contractors.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field for this position
• Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
