Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a professional to oversee construction activities. Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/College, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field in Timber or Precast Formwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction activities and progress, plan, implement and monitor work.
• Schedule in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works.
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors regarding construction works, ensuring progress according to schedule.
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
• Prepare reports and method statements whenever necessary.
• Manage and control workers, monitoring their work closely to maintain safety.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
