A prominent recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will have a good degree in Engineering, at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry, and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, costs, and quality while liaising with various stakeholders. Attractive compensation package offered including allowances and bonuses.
you will manage projects for the whole project life cycle from project inception, procurement or services and works, design development, construction and handover. You will need to manage stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors. In addition, you will also manage feasibility and engineering studies, facilitate brief development, review standards, review submissions from consultants and contractors and liaise closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders and public and private agencies on various aspects of the works. As a project manager, you will manage the project(s) time cost and quality to achieve the desired project outcomes.
