Job summary

A well-established local construction firm in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage architectural work, including scheduling, managing costs, and supervising site quality. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Architectural or Building Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is required, and having own transportation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Possession of own transportation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage architectural work schedule, materials, cost, and documentation.
• Review architectural drawings and highlight mismatches.
• Supervise site work ensuring quality meets required standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports and handle related site matters.

Location: Various Location

Salary: Up to $5500(Basic) + Allowance + VB

Working Hours: 5.5 Days

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Saturday (8am - 12pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage architectural work schedule, materials, cost, and documentation
• Review architectural drawings and highlight any mismatch between M&E, structural, and client’s plans
• Supervise site work and ensure quality meets the required standards
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and authorities
• Prepare reports and handle related site matters
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Architectural, Building Engineering
• Min 2 year exp in similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Project & AutoCAD
• Possesed own transportation (advantage)
