Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead installation teams. This role involves outdoor work with minimum hours from Monday to Saturday.

Job description

• Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, survey.
• To supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To liaise with the main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedback.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Accept working outdoors, the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
