Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a qualified candidate to supervise mechanical and electrical works on HDB projects. You will need to have a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in major construction projects. • Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor progress and compliance.
• Coordinate with the architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Prepare material samples with shop drawing submission.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with coordinators.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims.

Education

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)

• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
