Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee project management from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing construction projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in managing or working on construction projects.
- Able to convey information clearly and work well in a team.
- Driven team player capable of managing time efficiently.
Responsibilities
- In charge of project management from planning to execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines.
- Supervise on-site workflow including workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Skills
- In charge of project management from planning to execution of construction activities on-site and its relevant monitoring and improvement
- Be responsible for the development and subsequent management of project schedules and timelines to ensure that the project is completed according to plan and handed over in time
- To manage and take charge of the supervision of on-site workflow which includes handling of workers and subcontractors
- Be responsible for the strict adherence of safety standards in compliance with the local authorities in Singapore
- To coordinate between clients, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities during the entire course of the project
- Handle additional duties as required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing or working on construction projects is required
- Able to convey information clearly and work well in a team
- Driven team player who is also capable and excels in individual working environments and able to manage time efficiently
