Key Responsibilities:

- Lead feasibility studies, design development, and budgeting efforts.
- Participate in bidding and tendering processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and external partners.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the project from inception to handover.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Resolve escalated issues, delays, or deviations from the plan.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC systems and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Requirements:
- The candidate will need to have a minimum of 10-15 years of engineering experience.
- The candidate must have a Degree in Engineering / Degree in the relevant field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
- Solid experience in project costing and budget control
