Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project goals, timelines, and budgets in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Lead feasibility studies, design development, and budgeting efforts.
  • Participate in bidding and tendering processes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and external partners.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of the project from inception to handover.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Resolve escalated issues, delays, or deviations from the plan.
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC systems and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
Requirements:
  • The candidate will need to have a minimum of 10-15 years of engineering experience.
  • The candidate must have a Degree in Engineering / Degree in the relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Solid experience in project costing and budget control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
