Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations at third-party logistics sites
Review and optimize inventory replenishment to meet targets and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with production units and other sites to coordinate loading schedules
Monitor order distribution to optimize unit productivity (blending, filtration, keg, etc.)
Integrate affiliate orders into the system
Manage freight payables and additional delivery charges
Handle order exceptions and customer complaints
Participate in third-party logistics service provider performance reviews
Collaborate with Global Supply Planning for inventory target setting and stewardship
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols (DOIMS)
Address daily operational issues using problem-solving and negotiation skills
Coordinate physical inventory counts and manage slow-moving/obsolete goods (SMOG)
Track package recertification dates and coordinate recertification
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, logistic
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
