Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead and grow its sales operations. The role encompasses driving performance and compliance across functions like sales, marketing, and finance. Candidates should have 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, strong leadership and sales management skills, and a hands-on approach in a team environment. The position provides a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong background in sales and business management.
- Experience in the generic pharmaceutical business is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC businesses, managing the Ethical Group.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvement measures.
- Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
- Foster effective coordination among team members.
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Prepare and submit business and sales reports to the Director.
Skills
Lead and grow pharmaceutical sales operations, driving business performance and compliance across multiple functions.

- Experience in the generic pharmaceutical business is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a small team environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
