Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging B2B marketing materials such as brochures, sales decks, digital content, and product toolkits in collaboration with the Business Development team

• Support product launches, campaigns, trade exhibitions, and webinars across Asia-Pacific

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and guide go-to-market strategies

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Technical, Sales, and Regulatory teams for timely project delivery

• Produce technical-commercial content that bridges scientific value with market relevance

• Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to support branding and engagement

• Track marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and support business decisions

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, or a related science discipline

• More than 2 years of B2B marketing experience OR lab/technical experience with a strong interest in marketing

• Background in chemical, ingredients, or personal care sectors preferred

• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Proactive, creative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a regional setup
