• Position Title: Production Trainee
• Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2100 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

• Arrange and prepare of the material and packaging material for the daily production.
• Assist for the whole process of the production – labelling of the bottles, filling, carry and moving of products.
• Cleaning up and maintain of the working places and maintain the good condition of the machines/asset of the department.
• In-charge of the whole documentation, recording, update, issue, maintenance & etc,
• from pre-weight till handover the goods to the warehouse;
• Support internal audit and external audit for ISO such as ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance / cGMP
• Sourcing, email enquiry to the raw material supplier on the quotation and stock availability. If the raw material is obsolete will need to counter source alternative and do pre-test before purchase the raw material;
• Assist in coaching and guidance to the new employees;
• Assist in raising the purchase requisition of the raw material, plan the production schedule in advance with Management based on the inventory stock level;
• Ensure all the production operators, working environment and also the manufacturing process is following the SOP;
• Work as a team to ensure the production is running smooth. Need to learn from the preparation and understand the production operation flow. Help other employees to complete the daily output;
• Create, update and maintain SAP system;
• Highlight, feedback and suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting;
• Other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and director

• Min. ITE in Engineering, preferably Chemistry background
• Min. 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
• Must have experience in providing training and coaching team member, able to handle queries from clients
• Have ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 / GMP knowledge is a plus
