Job description
KEY JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a focused and highly motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic and growing team. This team focuses on the fabrication of high efficiency large-area perovskite panels in our flagship project, working towards the development of world leading perovskite photovoltaics as well as module integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The job scope includes:

  • Fabricate perovskite solar cells with 25% power conversion efficiency
  • Improve device stability of highly efficient perovskite solar cell through material and device innovation
  • Development of fabrication processes, material characterization and reliability testing capabilities for the perovskite photovoltaics on a weekly basis
  • Dedicated to the rapid development of highly efficiency perovskite solar cells
  • Conceptualize and test of new halide perovskite compositions and device configurations for enhanced stability and efficiency
  • Design and test solar cells in various sizes
  • Report writing and results presentation
  • Regular maintaining of research and study records, conceptualize, execute and interpret scientific experiments
  • Identify critical research pathways through assessment of internal results and literature review
  • Take responsibility for maintaining lab equipment and follow safety protocols
  • Interface with equipment vendors to meet project needs
  • Work closely with internal colleagues in Singapore and China to work in company target.
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Master or PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry or related fields with in-depth knowledge of materials (especially perovskites), device physics and processing
  • Previous experience in fabricating p-i-n or n-i-p typed of perovskite solar cells with high efficiency, experience in device certification is a plus.
  • Expertise in materials characterization techniques.
  • Good skills in time management, experiment design and data analysis.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
